  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or gluten-free alternative
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp butter optional, for garlic butter sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Marinate: In a bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and honey. Let marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

  • Optional Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drizzle over steak bites.
