Prepare Snow:

  • Collect snow from a clean surface (e.g., picnic table, baking sheet) right after it falls. Avoid discolored or packed snow.

Mix Base:

  • In a large chilled bowl, whisk together condensed milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
