- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized nuggets
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup pickle juice for authentic flavor
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Breading
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar adds subtle sweetness
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

For Frying

In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
