- 2 lbs Russet potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup fresh chives finely chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tbsp butter for greasing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 slices turkey bacon crumbled
- ½ cup green onions sliced
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
